Ingredients
Smoked Brinjal 1 Big
Smoked Garlic 4 Cloves
Greek Yoghurt 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
1 tbsp Oil
Salt
Garnishing
Olive Oil
Pomegranate Seeds
Sumak Powder
Method
1. First roast the aubergine on a flame, till it melts like a volcano.
2. Then you roast the garlic on the flame.
3. Take yoghurt and drain off the excess water.
4. Put the roasted aubergine after it has cooled down, along with the garlic in a mixie and grind it.
5. Add drained yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and spin it some more.
6. Garnish: With olive oil, pomegranates and sumac powder.
