Ingredients
- Smoked Brinjal 1 Big
- Smoked Garlic 4 Cloves
- Greek Yoghurt 1/2 Cup
- Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
- 1 tsp salt
- Salt
Method
- 1. First roast the aubergine on a flame, till it melts like a volcano.
- 2. Then you roast the garlic on the flame.
- 3. Take yoghurt and drain off the excess water.
- 4. Put the roasted aubergine after it has cooled down, along with the garlic in a mixie and grind it.
- 5. Add drained yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and spin it some more.
- 6. Garnish: With olive oil, pomegranates and sumac powder.
