CHICKEN BURGERS

Back when my kids were little, there was no Zomato or Swiggy. You couldn’t just pick up the phone and order. Moreover, we didn’t stay in the heart of any marketplace. I began by cracking a tasty patty, and I would start with making buttermilk.
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken Breast
- Buttermilk - 1 Cup
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 TBsp Paprika
- ½ Tsp Chillie Flakes
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to Taste
- Breadcrumbs: Add Paprika, Chilli Flakes
Method
- 1. Marinate the chicken for a few hours.
- 2. Then add a beaten egg.
- 3. Now use your palms to make patties. Cover liberally with breadcrumbs and shallow fry them.
- 4.Very juicy and yummm..
- 5. We use brioche buns, that we butter and lightly grill in a pan.
- 6. Then we add some mayonnaise on the underside of the buns.
- 7. Now you get down to the wonderfully satisfying task of heaping it up. You can add a cheese slice, pickled onions, gherkins, tomato slice, whatever floats your boat!
