Ingredients
Chickpeas - 1 Cup (Boiled)
Garlic 2 Cloves
Tahini - 1 TBS
Cumin Powder
Lemon Juice - 2 Tbs
Chilled Wate
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tbs
Salt
Olive Oil
Sumak Powder
Method
Put the chickpeas in a pressure cooker to cook them.
Then let them cool.
Put them in a mixie jar.
Add garlic, Tahini paste, Cumin powder, salt, Olive oil and Chilled water.
Grind it all to a slightly runny paste.
Garnish: Extra virgin olive oil Sumak powder
Pairs well with the crackers.
